IP Solved
Among those connections is the fact that IP Solved’s Chicago office is located with GKWW’s office in Chicago. IP Solved is a prominent international intellectual property firm with additional offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, Australia and in Washington, D.C. IP Solved lawyer Fred Meyers is the managing partner of the Chicago office. Fred has practiced IP since his days at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office almost 40 years ago. GKWW collaborates with IP Solved to solve corporate needs for foreign clients doing business in the U.S.
The International Legal Community
Tom Gardiner regularly contributes to the advancement of global legal discourse by participating in international law conferences around the world. Last summer, Tom attended conferences hosted by the International Practice Group (IPG) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
IPG is an international nonprofit association of independent lawyers, accountants, tax advisors and other professionals dedicated to serving their international clients’ needs. At the IPG conference, Tom met other lawyers and accountants from throughout the world and learned of legal issues facing their countries.
INTA is a worldwide nonprofit advocacy association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and intellectual property in order to protect consumers and promote fair and effective global commerce.
INTA’s member organizations represent some 30,000 trademark professionals and include brand owners from major corporations, as well as small and medium enterprises, law firms and nonprofits.
