Due Process Claims

Like the equal protection claims, due process claims have been tradionally based upon constitutional claim for civil right violations. More recently, we have been involved in cases in which due process in raised based upon whether municipalities have afforded property owners due process when considering proposals. Often, these claims are brought by developers. The law in this area is evolving, but we have extensive experience in handling such claims.
